New student and KINDERGARTEN registration
Please note our recent changes to the days and times we will be accepting new student registrations. Registrations for all new students are held at the Woodridge Administration Building at 4411 Quick Road. New times are as follows:
Registrations Accepted: - Monday 7:30 a.m.—3:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 7:30 a.m.—3:00 p.m.
- Wednesday 7:30 a.m.—3:00 p.m.
No registrations will be accepted on Thursdays or Fridays. Evening registrations held: - Monday, June 25 5:00—8:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, July 17 5:00—8:00 p.m.
- Thursday, August 2 5:00—8:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, August 8 5:00—8:00 p.m
You may pick up an enrollment packet any time during regular office hours, Monday—Friday 7:30 a.m.—4:00 p.m. If you have any questions regarding registration, please call Vonnie George at 330-928-9074.
New student and Kindergarten registration materials must be picked up at the Woodridge Local Schools Board Office. (Materials in the registration packet are color coded and not available online.)We would like your enrollment to be as smooth as possible. In order to do this we need to have the following information to complete your student’s registration: - Custody Papers/Court Orders - (allocating parental rights and responsibilities or other documents allocating custody or guardianship, if the student is not living with both natural parents)
- Immunization Records
- Current Report Card (For Gr. 1-9)
- Transcript (Mandatory for Grades 10-12)
- Social Security Card of the Child
- Photo I.D. of Parent/Guardian
- Copy of the Child’s Birth Certificate or Passport (Birth Certificate from the Bureau of Vital Statistics)
- Proof of Residency of Child and Parent/Guardian - consisting of a deed, rental agreement (with all parties, including the students and the residential and custodial parent, listed), gas or electric utility bill in parent/guardian’s name, building permit, tax statement, voter registration card or completion of Form 5111 F2a and F2b.
- I.E.P. or M.F.E. - (If pertinent to your child)
* The District will request a report card or transcript from the student’s prior district of attendance. However, the parent/guardian remains ultimately responsible for providing us with these records. There are school fees required in each and every grade level. If you have any questions regarding the school fees please contact us.
"All students residing in the District are entitled to a tuition-free education in the District."
