The vendor we use provides unlimited support over the phone and via email for all staff members, including teachers. (Login to view contact information.) Support specialists are available Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM Eastern Time. Web and email support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
